OE Hair Care E-Gift Cards are valid for one year upon purchase.
- No refunds are permitted with respect to E-Gift Cards.
You can view your E-Gift Card balance when making a purchase. On the checkout page, select E-Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance would be shown thereafter.
E-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards will not be replaced. OE Hair Care will not be liable for redeemed E-Gift Cards if they have been stolen.
E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. OE Hair Care E-Gift Cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused E-Gift Cards may not be transferred.
Ownership and risk of loss of your E-Gift Card passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Card.

Delivery information and requirements for OE Hair Care E-Gift Card purchasers:
All orders and successful delivery of E-Gift Cards are subject to the approval of the purchaser's financial institution. Until the transaction is approved, your E-Gift Card order may be cancelled or delayed.
If the date on which you want an OE Hair Care E-Gift Card delivered has passed and the recipient has not received an email confirmation with the E-Gift Card details, please contact Customer Service and refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.
We are not responsible for OE Hair Care E-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Service if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her E-Gift Card.
Reasons for failed delivery:
If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the OE Hair Care E-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder.
2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email.
3. Email inbox has exceeded its size limit.
4. Invalid email address.
If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the recipient’s inbox, the email options/settings of the recipient will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.
